Orgapack manufactures banders for steel and poly strapping. These banding tools are manufactured in Switzerland and most are good quality, however can be a little pricey. Replacement parts are available for all of the banders / strapping tools that they manufacture. Several of their banders are sold and labeled under several names such as Orgapack, Signode, Acme, Cyklop, PAC and Uline. Typically their poly strapping tools are grey or blue and my have blue handles. Their banders can be used on all poly strapping but may be sized for a specific size of banding.
