Tool Service Issue

We at Traditional Tool Repair, Inc. pride ourselves on our support capability and the fact that we stand behind anything that we sell. While we do offer some products that have limited repairability, those items typically come at that expected price point. Our preferred tools will always be serviceable and maintainable for as long as you want them to be.
We are being told that customers will no longer be able to service their own Orgapack and Signode strapping tools in any capacity deeper than the common wear parts. For nearly 30 years, we have offered repair services and advice for any tool manufacturers line. We are saddened that we are no longer able to offer that same level of support for their current lineup of tools.
We may be primarily a service center, but we have always helped those that would rather service their own equipment. We believe this is a fundamental right to ownership of a product. Until this changes, we will not be selling the current lineup of Signode or Orgapack strapping tools.
