The PF-SE is a high-end, heavy-duty feedwheel tensioner for round surface steel banding. This tool is used for round surface, irregular, or bundled applications where the work surface is smaller. This style of tool is used by making a lasso style loop with your banding and using this, a sealer, and a seal to complete the process.
