TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN
Please be aware that this board has been updated by the manufacturer for safety reasons. Original boards have a red, black, and yellow cable. New updated boards include a red, black, yellow, and pink cable. The PCB still functions in older version tools. You MUST insulate the pink cable to prevent shortages. When replacing your old board with your new board, it is suggested to also replace the H46-51102 adapter so that you can properly hook up your new board but this is not required.
This update has made two changes to your tool.
1. After inserting the battery, push the tension button to turn the tool on. It will not automatically turn on now.
2. Better battery protection by limiting the battery temperature from reaching excessive levels. This works in conjunction with Bosch's battery sensing and protection technology.
